Advise the staff if the matter is urgent and we will endeavour to arrange an expedited appointment.

It’s easy to forget all the questions you wish to discuss once in front of the doctor. We recommend you prepare a list of questions you want to discuss.
Anyone can make an appointment to see Dr Graff. Dr Graff can see you without a referral but you will not be eligible for a rebate from Medicare for your appointment costs. For additional information on referrals please contact our staff. Our reception staff are happy to advise you on this when making a booking.
A GP referral for a consultation is valid for 12 months.
A referral for a consultation from a specialist is valid for 3 months.
You can call to make an appointment and then arrange for a referral from your GP prior to your appointment date.
Please complete the New Patient Form online prior to the appointment.
You can also do this on the day but please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for this.

Dr Graff shares a waiting room with other consulting rooms. You will see signage for Dr Graff and her reception staff will greet you upon arrival. If you can’t see the signage please ask the other reception staff on site.

Dr Graff will then see you and ask you questions about your condition. She uses AI software that helps create letters from the consultation. It will record the consultation, but your privacy and confidentiality will be maintained at all times. Please speak to Dr Graff’s secretary if you want further information. If you would prefer this not to happen, please tick ‘No’ on the New Patient Form or let reception know on the day.
Prepare a list of questions you want to ask Dr Graff about your problems or concerns. It is easy to forget what you wanted to discuss once you are at the appointment.
